Wellness consultations can be booked for 30 minute or 1 hour sessions. Expect to discuss your health history, any current health concerns, and also health related goals you might have. Clients will be given suggested holistic protocols including lifestyle management & herbal/natural remedies.
Medicinal & Organic gardening class
Book a one-on-one class with me where I show you tried-and-true methods for successfully growing an organic victory garden. Learn about must-have edible and medicinal native plants everyone should introduce to their garden. I will also show you the easiest and healthiest methods of growing, harvesting, and sowing seeds for the next growing season.
